Companhias de gás do Nordeste prorrogam chamada pública para compra de gás natural até 12 de abril

A COMPANHIA DE GÁS DO CEARÁ – CEGÁS, sociedade anônima de economia mista, inscrita no CNPJ sob o nº 73.759.185/0001-96, com sede na Av. Washington Soares, 6475, Bairro José de Alencar, Fortaleza, Ceará, torna público, para conhecimento dos interessados, a prorrogação do prazo para apresentação da PROPOSTA COMERCIAL DE VENDA DE GÁS NATURAL, referente à CHAMADA PÚBLICA COORDENADA.

Assim, os participantes deverão apresentar PROPOSTA COMERCIAL DE VENDA DE GÁS NATURAL para atendimento às condições e especificações do TERMO DE REFERÊNCIA para o(s) PONTO(S) DE ENTREGA pretendido(s), contendo as informações estabelecidas no Anexo 3, mediante envio para o e-mail: suprimentogn@cegas.com.br até o dia 12/04/2019.

A prorrogação visa conciliar as mudanças em curso no setor de gás, com a possibilidade ampliação da participação de novos supridores, além de estender o prazo para elaboração das propostas comerciais pelos possíveis ofertantes.

A CEGÁS ratifica desde já, que manterá o sigilo de todas as propostas recebidas. O compartilhamento, entre as CDLs participantes da Chamada Coordenada (Algás, Bahiagás, Cegás, Copergás, Pbgás, Potigás e Sergas), das informações contidas nas propostas apresentadas não representará, em qualquer situação, violação ao sigilo assegurado.

DEADLINE EXTENSION INFORMATION
COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL FOR THE SALE OF NATURAL GAS

COMPANHIA DE GÁS DO CEARÁ – CEGÁS, a mixed-capital company, registered with the Brazilian Ministry of Finance’s Corporate Taxpayer Registry (CNPJ) under number 73.759.185/0001-96, with its head offices at Av. Washington Soares, 6475, Bairro José de Alencar, Fortaleza, Ceará, hereby announces the extension of the deadline for the presentation of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL FOR THE SALE OF NATURAL GAS, related to the COORDINATED CALL FOR PROPOSALS.

Thus, participants must submit a COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL FOR THE SALE OF NATURAL GAS to meet the conditions and specifications of the TERM OF REFERENCE for the intended DELIVERY POINT, containing the information established in Appendix 3, by sending to the e-mail suprimentogn@cegas.com.br by 04/12/2019.

The deadline extension aims to reconcile the ongoing changes in the gas sector with the possibility of expanding the participation of new suppliers, in addition to extending the deadline for the elaboration of the commercial proposals by the possible participants.

Henceforth, CEGÁS declares that all the proposals received will remain confidential. Sharing the information contained in the proposals presented among the LDCs taking part in the COORDINATED CALL FOR PROPOSALS (Algás, Bahiagás, Cegás, Copergás, Pbgás, Potigás and Sergas), will not represent a violation of guaranteed confidentiality in any situation.
